The Chef Tasting Party and Auction was started in 1993 by a group of dedicated volunteers who wanted to involve chefs from the area’s best restaurants in an event which would raise funds for United Cerebral Palsy of Beaver, Butler & Lawrence Counties now Community Care Connections, Inc.

Today this event offers its guests the opportunity to enjoy gourmet food, wine, specialty beverages and desserts prepared and provided by up to 25 of the area’s best restaurants, wineries, chocolatiers and other vendors. Additionally, live cooking demonstrations are provided by chefs from the International Catering Association.

The Chef Tasting Party is held at The Mansion, a beautifully restored Victorian mansion located approximately 30 miles North of Pittsburgh in Butler, PA.  Tickets are available on a presale basis only and the number of guests who may attend is limited to 300 people.

Since its inception 19 years ago, The Chef Tasting Party and Auction has raised $334,048 for Community Care Connections, Inc.
