Started by a group of concerned family members and dedicated volunteers in 1972, Community Care Connections, Inc. (formerly United Cerebral Palsy of Beaver, Butler & Lawrence Counties, Inc.) offered a variety of programs and support services for children and adults with Cerebral Palsy and other physically disabling conditions.

Today, CCC provides services to 700 infants, children and adults who have intellectual and physical disabilities.  Employing a staff of 150 full and part-time teachers, therapists and direct care staff, Community Care Connections, Inc. offers support services through eight programs which include:
